I must say, the customer service is definitely far better than I've ever experienced with prior processing companies or banks. Everytime I call in with a question or issue, it's resolved right away. It's fantastic and it's the main reason I don't even talk with other processing companies when they contact me. Also, the rates are great. The rates quoted to me by my sales rep years ago are still the rates I receive today. Prior to SignaPay, I processed with other providers and not one held to their word on the costs they had initially quoted me. Working with SignaPay has been an overall great experience and I see no reason to switch from their service.

SignaPay is great to work with. I get calls constantly from other processing companies - probably every day - but I know what's going to happen if I switch to one of those companies; my rates will start going up! Since I've been with SignaPay, my rates have stayed the same and I couldn't be happier. Anytime something happens or I have questions, they take care of it right away.
